Back in Zw… and Norway memories!
We had a great visit to Illinois for Thanksgiving and have lots of pictures and videos to sort through. It was so nice to spend a week with family and good friends and to have the added bonus of adding a new furry family member… sweet little Sunny. The adorable puppy was quite a hit with E. J was quite nervous of him at first, but she warmed up. I am sure that on our next visit, we won’t be able to tear either girl away from him.
Michael also has finished the video from our trip to the western fjords of Norway in August. Yes, we are a bit late. We hope you enjoy the vicarious journey, though! Norway was stunningly beautiful– the scenery is spectacular and we had lots of sun to really revel in the beauty. Our day at Geiranger Fjord stands out as breathtaking, as well as the journeys there and back. In addition, we fondly remember our wonderful cabin on the Molde Fjord (where we spent the week), the driving trip on the Atlantic Road oceanside highway, ferry adventures, our hike (on which we saw a pretty big snake and no other people), J learning to walk, and my good friend Hilde’s wedding in a picture-perfect old wooden church.
