Dragon’s Den

I am in Atlanta taking a class for work. The weather is beautiful right now. It was in the fifties today. I was going to try and go to the Georgia Aquarium before checking in for my class. Unfortunatly that didn’t happen. My flight left almost an hour late, so I would not have had enough time to see enough of it. Oh well, maybe next time.

I went down the block to a hamburger joint called The Varsity. It was ok, I would recommend the hot dog over the burger. The onion rings are great.

When I checked into the hotel the lady at the front desk recommeded Arby’s which is right next door. I thanked her but said no thank you.

I may walk around some after class tomorrow evening. I’ll let you know what I find.

The company I work for Schneider Electric sponsored tonites episode of Extreme Makeover: Home Edition on ABC.

Thursday night on American Chopper 9pm cst:

The guys at Orange County Chopper built a Hybrid Chopper for Schneider Electric.

Donna came by Mom and Dad’s today and dropped of the picture she did of Sunny to add to the pics of the other Schlax four legged family members. As in the past Donna did a wonderful job. I think she captured Sunny very well.

Mom & Dad received this from the White House in honor of their annaversary.

I was disapointed that it was not Whitehouse.com

Mom and Dad made it home last night safe and sound. Sunny and I were not expecting them until tonight. No no party planned.

Mom and Dad brought Sunny a stuffed possum for a birthday gift. He really likes it. I will try and remember to get a pic this weekend.

I have determined that Sunny and Molly have something in common. They both have very hard heads and it hurts like heck when they headbutt you.

leave your books on the floor for a pissed off Yorkie Poo named Sunny to find. Yep he rips them to shreds. Who needs a shredder when you have Sunny.

Sunny turned two on Sunday. He ran around the yard and I bought him a chicken (stuffed), he likes it. He threw a ball at me (not because of the chicken).

I did not buy a new car. I have not gone anywhere other that Madison since Vegas. I live a very boring life.

We stayed at the Paris Hotel again.

Tuesday we found the Atomic Testing Museum.

We had a pretty drive to Lake Havaseau in Arizona on Wednesday.

Lake Havaseau’s claim to fame is that the original London Bridge resides there. This why we went there.

I got this nice scare on the way back to Vegas. I was not paying attention, Jnine, Lee and Kathy where talking about this and then I looked up and almost screamed.

Friday night a freind of Jnine’s was nie enough to get us into the Foundation Room at the Madalay Bay Hotel. We were about 62-63 floors up. Very cool.

I fully agree with everyone about how good this movie is. I think this is just what the franchise needed for a reboot.

Also, Who knew that Winona Ryder could play such a quiet character.

Now TRANSFORMERS 2 …. can’t wait!!!!
